Orders Placed Prior To Coupon Advertisement
Any order placed within 24 hours before the advertisement of a promotion or coupon is eligible to receive Winkflash store credit in the amount of the savings they would have received if the coupon was used.
An order that is placed more than 24 hours before the time a promotion or coupon is advertised is not eligible for application of that promotion on that order
